🎄Christmas Guitar🎄Packages for Kids
For younger students, I offer a limited number of Christmas guitar-and-lessons packages specifically for my group classes at Immanuel UCC. There are 4 packages available. This offer is currently only open to members of the Immanuel UCC community on a first come, first served basis. I will open any remaining packages to the entire St. Bernard area and surrounding communities on December 17.
These packages are designed for first-time guitar families and include:

A 3/4-sized student guitar that is well-suited for ages 9-12, plus starter accessories

Enrollment in my kids’ group guitar class at Immanuel UCC

A simple, all-in-one way to get started without guessing about guitars or gear
The month-to-month subscription + guitar bundle saves a family approximately $60, plus the time and stress of shopping for a decent beginner kit. Best for families who want an easy, all-in-one start without needing to commit long-term.
The 6-month lesson bundle includes an entirely FREE guitar and accessory kit worth approximately $200! Perfect for families ready to commit to consistent progress and take advantage of the highest-value option available.
For students who are 13 or 14, I have two full-size classical guitars available, but they are not part of this specific package offering. If you have a young teen who wants to play guitar, contact me, and we will see what can be arranged.
For younger children around ages 6-7, I do not currently have any 1/4 or 1/2 size guitars available.
If your child is in this age range, please reach out and I’ll gladly help you find the right guitar. (It’s surprisingly easy to buy something that’s the wrong size or difficult to play, which can make learning much harder than it needs to be.)
If your child already has an appropriately-sized nylon string guitar, I offer a discount on your first month of lessons. I’m currently running a Christmas special for new students in my kids’ group program: get 50% off your first month of lessons—only $56 instead of the regular $112.

🎁 Christmas Bundles 🎁
for Teens & Adults
For teens (15+) and adults, I offer a limited number of Christmas guitar-and-lessons packages specifically for those enrolling in private lessons at the Immanuel UCC location. There are 4 packages available. This offer is currently only open to members of the Immanuel UCC community on a first-come, first-served basis. I will open any remaining packages to the entire St. Bernard area and surrounding communities on December 17.
For these packages, I have four quality electric guitars available:

Two Indio by Monoprice Retro DLX Plus Solid Ash electric guitars

Telecaster-style body, natural wood finish, maple neck

Two Indio by Monoprice Cali DLX Plus HSS electric guitars

Stratocaster-style body, black finish, maple fingerboard

These are solid, well-built instruments that give a beginner—or a returning player—a serious platform for learning rock, blues, country, worship, or almost any other modern style. These guitars normally list for over $200, but in these Christmas packages, the guitar is included as part of the overall bundle. Simply put, you’re getting a quality electric guitar and all the accessories you need at no additional tuition cost. It’s the most generous starting package I’ve ever been able to offer.
Each teen/adult Christmas package combines one of these instruments and an accessory package with a six-month commitment to private lessons at my standard tuition rates. An upfront payment of $340 is requested upon enrollment, which will cover the first two months of 30-minute, private weekly lessons. $170 will be billed monthly for the remaining 4-month commitment. 45-minute and 60-minute lessons are also available.
In other words, you’re committing to six months of private lessons at my regular rates, and the $200+ electric guitar and accessories are folded into that package. It’s a straightforward way to begin (or begin again) without extra upfront gear costs. We’ll choose the right guitar and lesson plan together based on your goals, schedule, and experience level.

50% Off Your First Month
If you already have a guitar—or you’re not ready for a full guitar-and-lessons package—I’m also offering a simple Christmas lesson special for new students.
New students who start lessons this Christmas season receive 50% off the first month of tuition:

For kids’ group classes at Immanuel UCC, the first month is $56 instead of the regular $112.

For 30-minute private lessons, the first month is $85 instead of the regular $170. (Longer lesson lengths are discounted similarly.)
This 50% lesson special is designed for students who already have an instrument or prefer to choose their own, and it does not stack with the Christmas guitar-and-lessons packages described above.
Please note: Ebert Music Studios teaches children on nylon-string (classical) guitars only. This is in the best interest of young players and helps ensure a strong start with fewer obstacles—especially issues like painful fingertips on overly stiff metal strings.
